Hi, I have a bunch of faulty/unwanted/non-functional/demo duplicates etc. vst's/plugins that i'd like to clear out from my plugin picker to clean things up a bit and streamline, just wondering if there is an easy/safe way to do that without messing too much with anything. I don't want to mess with anything, i'm reticent to try working it out myself, as this has caused me to have to reinstall plugins, and has caused me more problems without getting rid of anything. Also, I am aware you can select options while installing FL Studio to not include their plugin database, but I feel this is a safe practice to prevent headaches for yourself. This is an old post and since then we have transitioned to a method of deleting through the context menu directly. From the FL Studio Browser navigate to the Plugin database. Select the 'Plugin database Generators' or 'Plugin database Effects' folder. Locate and right-click the plugin entry for the demo plugin you'd like to remove and select 'Delete'. Repeat steps 2 & 3 to remove the remaining demo.
at this point so long as they're off the list i'd call it good enough. Not a big deal really, just cosmetically it's unsightly and harder to navigate through stuff.
